1) Virus culture laboratory

Function: virus isolation, culture and identification

The main equipment to be added: fluorescence microscope, ultra-low temperature refrigerator, ordinary incubator, water bath, secondary biological safety cabinet, microplate reader, plate washer, desktop low temperature high speed centrifuge, desktop ordinary centrifuge, automatic autoclave And so on.

3) HIV Lab

Function: AIDS screening, confirmation

With inspection items: enzyme-free test, Western blot test, agglutination test, gold standard (selenium standard) rapid detection;

Development direction: nucleic acid analysis, antigen detection, HIV-related immune factor detection, viral load detection

The main equipment to be added: microplate reader, plate washer, automatic Western blotting, biological safety cabinet, low temperature refrigerator, ordinary incubator, automatic autoclave, digital camera, flow cytometer (reserved development), etc.

4) Biochemical Immunology Laboratory (Hepatitis Room)

Function: Hepatitis virus immunological analysis and biochemical analysis

Divided into two areas: A. enzyme-free detection area B. biochemical analysis area C. time-resolved immunoassay
