Rotameter and Soap Membrane Flowmeter Maintenance When using laboratory equipped rotameters, attention should be paid to the cleaning of the gas cylinders. If the trace amount of moisture in the carrier gas is insufficient for drying and purifying, a layer of water mist is formed on the glass tube wall to cause the rotor to bobble, or the rotor gets stuck due to the dust falling into the tube. The rotor flowmeter should be cleaned. The rotor flowmeter should be cleaned by a professional or under the direction of a professional. The laboratory equipment must be kept clean and moist when using the soapy flow. The soap should be clarified or other foamable liquids (such as sodium alkylbenzene sulphonate). After laboratory equipment is used, clean the inner wall and allow it to dry (or blow dry).
