Stainless steel faucet surface does not need to be electroplated, only needs to polish its stainless steel color appearance, will always maintain the silvery white luster, will never rust. The hardness and toughness of stainless steel are more than 2 times higher than that of copper. It is never long rust, never corrodes, and never deforms. The best treatment method for copper surfaces is to peel off the plating: nickel and chromium plating. The electroplated layer, depending on its quality, is one year faster, and the slower one loses its surface luster for 3-10 years. The final result is that the electroplated layer peels off and exposes the copper rust. This is not durable.
