Worktop Material Options

The worktop can be selected from 304# stainless steel, phenolic resin, or epoxy resin, depending on the chemical resistance level and load-bearing needs of your application. Each material offers different advantages in terms of chemical compatibility, durability, and surface maintenance, allowing you to match the worktop to the specific reagents and processes used in your lab.

Interior Lining and Airflow Design

The interior lining is made of 304# stainless steel plate with a three-section air-guide design. This structure helps reduce gas vortex formation inside the cabinet, improving the exhaust efficiency of gases with different densities and contributing to a more consistent, even airflow throughout the working chamber.

Sash and Window System

The viewing window uses 5mm float toughened glass, offering high transparency along with explosion-resistant properties for added operator protection. The aluminum alloy window frame is treated with electrostatic epoxy powder coating, providing good wear resistance and smooth sliding operation - helping to avoid the sticking issues common in traditional sash designs. The sash can be positioned at any height between 20mm and 750mm, giving users flexible control over the opening size based on the task at hand.

Intelligent Control Panel

A touch-screen intelligent control panel allows users to adjust exhaust airflow volume and make-up air volume, with compatibility for frequency-converter connection. The panel also controls interior lighting and power sockets, centralizing key functions for ease of operation and monitoring.

Illumination System

Lighting is provided by an Aurvana-design lamp base with built-in cooling vents, housing a 1 x 30W purification light with luminosity of ≥300 LUX. The light fixture is concealed beneath the air-guide plate, keeping it out of the direct chemical exposure zone while remaining accessible for routine maintenance.
