Aesthetic and Generous Design
The inner and outer shells are made of steel plates treated with white high - gloss epoxy resin, which are bright and clean. This can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria and is easy to clean. Fast Drying with Convective Airflow
The bottom of the drying cabinet is completely sealed. Fresh air enters from the back of the cabinet, is heated at the bottom layer, and then is forced out of the lower partition by the fan. The hot air quickly flows through each layer and finally exits from the top and both sides of the drying cabinet. Only by quickly discharging water vapor can the drying effect be achieved more rapidly.
Adjustable Rod - Type Stainless Steel Mesh Shelf
The shelves are made of high - quality mirror - finished 304 stainless steel. With a patented design, they have a fast air - permeability speed, enabling the best drying effect.
- EXS380 comes with 2 - layer shelves as standard (one rod - type layer and one mesh - type layer).
- EXS780 comes with 3 - layer shelves as standard (two rod - type layers and one mesh - type layer).
Intelligent Temperature Control and Safety Protection
Intelligent PID temperature controller controls the drying temperature and can preset the drying time. An independent safety temperature controller prevents overheating. The safety standard meets the German DIN class 3.1 standard. The electronic circuit protection complies with relevant international IEC and UL requirements.
Attached Configurations and Options
- Stainless Steel Shelf with Crossbeams: The size and quantity of the ventilation holes on the shelf can be changed according to customer requirements. The maximum load capacity of each layer is 30kg. If necessary, additional shelves can be added.
- Movable - Wheel Bracket: A movable - wheel bracket for the drying cabinet can be added as required to achieve more convenient loading. The wheels are equipped with brakes. (Additional accessory fees are required for the above additional configurations.)
