Steel-Wood Lab Bench Specifications
Frame
Steel support uses 40–60 cold-rolled rectangular steel pipe; supporting column uses the same size steel pipe with both sides welded with cold-rolled U-steel. The surface is plated with colored zinc for rust prevention, and epoxy resin is sprayed after acid washing, phosphatization, and electrostatic powder coating using carbon dioxide arc welding to achieve acid and alkali resistance.
The adhesion of the protective layer meets drop impact test requirements, with a static load bearing > 250kg. Supporting column can be directly mounted beside the cabinet without damaging the wall.
Cabinet Body
Side plate, roof plate, baffle, and bottom plate of base box: made of 15mm thick environmentally friendly boards;
Top plate of base box and drawer: made of 15mm thick MDF;
Side plate of drawer and rear maintenance plate: made of 15mm thick environmentally friendly MDF;
Bottom plate of drawer: made of 10mm thick environmentally friendly MDF;
Edge plate: made of 1.0mm PVC;
Edge sealing material for top plate of drawer and door: 2.0mm PVC.
Accessories
Sink: Laboratory-dedicated high-quality PP sink with excellent acid and alkali resistance.
Water Nozzle: Laboratory-dedicated nozzle with copper ceramic valve core; the entire surface is coated with epoxy resin electrostatic powder.
Three-Mouth Test Faucet: Laboratory-dedicated three-mouth test faucet made of copper; the surface is epoxy resin coated.
Socket: Laboratory safety product with dust-proof, splash-proof, waterproof, and acid/alkali-resistant performance. Made of PC material for flame retardancy.
Countertop: Steel-wooden central experimental platform can use solid boards and top boards (epoxy resin board, phenolic resin board, granite, stainless steel, ceramic, etc.) in colors of black and off-white.
Structural Components
Reagent Shelf and Plywood: Aluminum reagent shelf with aluminum alloy support; plywood is 10mm thick frosted glass with a double-layer structure. It includes holes of different heights and is height-adjustable based on actual needs.
Slide Rail: Triple heavy-duty ball-bearing slide rails with strong load capacity and smooth, noise-free operation.
Hinge: 175° high-quality chrome-plated steel hinges made according to British standards.
Handle: Linear hidden handle made of aluminum alloy or PVC.
Adjustable Combination Anchor: Features anti-skid, shock absorption, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, and high strength.
