All Steel Laboratory Workstation Countertop

The work surface consists of a dedicated 12.7mm thick solid core phenolic resin board, offering exceptional acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance for experimental use. The edge is robustly thickened to 25.4mm for enhanced durability.

Other Countertop materials are also available upon request to suit specific application needs.

Cabinet Construction

The cabinet structure is fabricated from 1.0mm thick cold-rolled steel plate. All exterior surfaces undergo powder electrostatic spraying for protection. This all-steel design provides inherent acid, alkali, and high-temperature resistance. Cabinet doors feature a double-layer sound insulation design.

Hardware

Movement is facilitated by 16-inch lab-dedicated three-section slide rails, ensuring silent and smooth operation. Hinges are constructed with a 10mm diameter shaft, a hexagonal nylon grounding base, a total height of 25mm, and offer 15mm of height adjustability. Handles are seamlessly integrated via hydraulic bending or are stainless steel, presenting a straight-line profile.

Rear Access

A key feature is the tool-less movable baffle located at the cabinet's rear. This allows immediate access to the maintenance passage for servicing water and electrical circuits behind the workstation without requiring any tools.
