Product Features
- Metal Components: Made primarily of ≥1.2mm galvanized steel sheet, finished with epoxy resin electrostatic powder coating. The surface is covered with a durable, lead-free chemical-resistant coating that maintains a high-gloss finish and significantly reduces the effects of corrosion and moisture.
- Door Panels: Made primarily of ≥6mm acrylic sheet, offering excellent weather resistance and outstanding chemical resistance. It is aging-resistant, colorless, fully transparent, provides good light transmittance, and is visually comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.
- Shelves: Integrated molded PP trays, resistant to acids and alkalis, with adjustable height. Optional evenly perforated galvanized steel shelves are available.
- Acid and Alkali Resistant Spill Containment Drawer: Lined with polypropylene (PP), providing corrosion resistance and preventing leaked liquids from broken reagent bottles from spreading.
- Real-Time Temperature and Humidity Monitoring System: Displays real-time temperature and humidity data, allows for alarm parameter settings to ensure safe product use.
- Fan Monitoring: Alerts when the fan system malfunctions. Fan speed is adjustable online to meet different chemical storage requirements.
- Filter Saturation Alarm System: Equipped with dual-layer filters and two VOC sensors - one for monitoring indoor air quality and the other for detecting filter saturation. The system is configured with a saturation alarm threshold; an alert is triggered when this threshold is exceeded. If the concentration remains above the threshold for an extended period, the filter needs to be replaced.
- PSC Fan: Operates at 24V, offering stable performance, ultra-quiet operation, and spark-free electrostatics.
- High-Efficiency Filtration System: Filters are arranged based on particle size according to ASTM standards. Designed to effectively adsorb both acidic and organic gases. For particle filtration, a high-efficiency HEPA filter is used, with a filtration efficiency of 99.995% for particles larger than 0.3µm.
Working Principle
First, the fan located at the top of the cabinet draws ambient air into the unit, creating negative pressure to prevent chemical vapors from escaping. Harmful gases released from stored reagents are then captured and filtered by the built-in filtration system, effectively removing toxic substances. The purified air is recirculated back into the room, ensuring it is clean and safe for occupants. Operating continuously, the cabinet helps improve indoor air quality around the clock, 24/7 operation is recommended for optimal performance.
