2. The horizontal partition in the housing divides the inner cavity into upper and lower chambers. Generally, there are multiple filter elements in the upper cavity, and the purpose of this design is to make full use of the filtering space and reduce the volume of the filter.
3. When the filter is working, it enters the pipeline through the inlet and outlet to complete the industrial cycle. Particle impurities in the water are trapped inside the filter, so there will be a pressure difference at the inlet and outlet. When the pressure difference reaches a certain set value When the differential pressure transmitter transmits the electrical signal to the controller, the control system starts the drive motor, opens the drain port through the transmission component, and discharges the impurities from the drain port. After the filter is cleaned, the pressure difference drops to At the minimum value, the filter returns to the normal working state and starts normal operation.
4. The liquid must overcome the resistance through the filter residue layer and the filter medium, so there must be a pressure difference on both sides of the filter medium. This is the driving force for achieving filtration. Increasing the pressure difference can accelerate filtration, but the deformed particles after being compressed When the pressure is large, the pores of the filter medium are easily blocked, but the filtration is slowed down.
5. After the customer purchases the filter, there will be a dedicated staff to install the equipment, and then the technician will debug it, including setting the filtering time and cleaning conversion time. When the preset cleaning time is reached, the drive motor sends an alarm signal to make the motor start cleaning the filter element.
