The pollution sources of clean laboratories are generally dust, bacteria, dust particles and microorganisms in the atmosphere, dust generated by experimenters, and dust generated during experimental equipment and experimental operations. The outer protective structure of the clean laboratory, such as doors and windows, wall panels, ceiling panels, high-efficiency filters, electrical lamps, etc., must fully consider the requirements of good heat preservation, heat insulation, fire resistance, moisture resistance, and airtight performance, so as not to produce dust, It has no cracks, can be scrubbed, and is resistant to moisture. 2.Air purification and regulation system in clean laboratory


In general, the control temperature of the clean area of level 5 and 6 is 20℃~24℃, and the relative humidity is 45%~65%; the control temperature of the clean area of grade 7 and greater than 7 is 18℃~28℃, and the relative humidity is 50 %~65%. When there are no special requirements for clean room temperature and humidity, the temperature should be controlled at 18℃~26℃, and the relative humidity should be controlled at 45%~65%. In addition, the air flow rate, air supply volume and fresh air volume must meet the requirements of the laboratory facilities and personnel of the clean room. Because the purification laboratory is a relatively independent and enclosed space, while maintaining temperature, humidity, and air flow rate, measures must be taken to compensate for indoor exhaust air and the amount of fresh air required to maintain indoor positive pressure (or negative pressure) values.
