The power supply of the ultra-clean bench mostly adopts three-phase four-wire, one of which is a zero wire, which is connected to the casing of the machine and should be firmly connected to the ground wire. The other three wires are all phase wires, and the working voltage is 380V. There is a certain order in the three-wire connection circuit. If the wire is connected incorrectly, the fan will reverse, and the sound will be normal or slightly abnormal. There is no wind on the front of the ultra-clean workbench (you can observe the movement with the flame of an alcohol lamp, and it is not suitable to try it for a long time). The power supply should be cut off in time, and the problem can be solved only by exchanging the positions of the wires of any two phases and then connecting them. If the three-phase line is only connected to two phases, or one of the three phases is in poor contact, the sound of the machine is very abnormal, and the power should be cut off immediately for careful inspection, otherwise the motor will be burned. These common senses should be explained to the staff when they start to use the ultra-clean workbench, so as to avoid accidents and losses that should not be caused.

The air inlet of the ultra-clean workbench is on the back or under the front. There is a common foam plastic sheet or non-woven fabric in the metal mesh cover to block large particles of dust. It should be checked and disassembled frequently. If the foam plastic is aging, it should be replaced in time. Except for the air inlet, if there is air leakage, it should be blocked tightly, such as sticking tape, stuffing cotton, sticking glue paper, etc. Inside the metal mesh cover on the front of the workbench is a super filter, which can also be replaced. If it is used for a long time, the dust particles are blocked, the wind speed is reduced, and the aseptic operation cannot be guaranteed, it can be replaced with a new one.

The sterile room should be regularly sprayed with 70% alcohol or 0.5% phenol for dust reduction and disinfection, wipe the countertops and utensils with 2% Syngeer (70% alcohol is also acceptable), and regularly seal with formalin (40% formaldehyde) and a small amount of potassium Fumigation, combined with ultraviolet sterilization lamps (on for more than 15 minutes each time) and other disinfection and sterilization methods, so that the sterile room is often kept as sterile. The inside of the inoculation box should also be equipped with an ultraviolet lamp, and the lamp should be turned on for more than 15 minutes before use for sterilization. When the UV lamp is turned on for a long time, it can stimulate the oxygen molecules in the air to associate into ozone molecules, which has a strong sterilization effect and can produce a sterilization effect on the corners that are not directly illuminated by the ultraviolet rays. Since ozone is harmful to health, you should turn off the UV light before entering the operation, and you can enter after more than ten minutes.

Ultraviolet lamps can also be hoisted on the ultra-clean workbench, but they should be installed outside the lampshade and the arrangement of the lamps should be staggered, so as not to hinder the lighting during work. If the UV lamp is put into the lampshade (glass plate), it is useless, because the UV light cannot penetrate the glass, and its lamp tube is quartz glass, not silicate glass.
The inoculation room strives to be concise, and all items that are not directly related to the work of the room cannot be put in to keep it sterile. The air in the inoculation room should be isolated from the outside air, and the reserved ventilation channels should be as closed as possible. The ventilation holes can be equipped with upper and lower air windows, the area of the air windows should be slightly larger, and 4 layers of gauze should be covered for simple dust filtering. After a day's work, the windows can be opened for adequate ventilation and then closed again. In short, it is clean, dust-free and sterile, and the air is fresh, suitable for work. The gauze covering the ventilation window should be changed and washed frequently. However, the above-mentioned measures are only ideal design solutions, and it is often difficult to fully implement them. In fact, only strict aseptic operation procedures are required. In the room with open doors and windows, there is an ultra-clean bench for protection. The contamination rate of inoculation is still controllable and can be tolerated in production. level.
