Its working principle is

 

The air is sucked into the pre-filter through the fan, and filtered through the static pressure box into the high-efficiency filter, and the filtered air is sent out in a vertical or horizontal airflow state, so that the operating area can reach a hundred-level cleanliness and ensure the production's requirements for environmental cleanliness . 1. Working principle

3. Matters needing attention

 

The power supply of the ultra-clean station mostly uses three-phase four-wire, of which there is a neutral wire, which is connected to the casing of the machine, and should be firmly connected to the ground wire. The other three wires are all phase wires and the working voltage is 380V. There is a certain sequence in the three-wire connection circuit. If the thread is connected incorrectly, the wind will be reversed. At this time, the sound is normal or slightly abnormal. Cut off the power supply in time, just swap the positions of any two-phase wires and connect them again. If the three-phase line is connected to only two phases, or if one of the three phases is in poor contact, the sound of the machine is very abnormal. The power supply should be cut off immediately and the motor will be burned out. These common sense should be clearly explained to the staff when starting to use the ultra-clean table, so as to avoid accidents and losses.

The air inlet of the ultra-clean bench is on the back or under the front, and there is an ordinary foam plastic sheet or non-woven fabric in the metal mesh cover to block large particles of dust. It should be checked, removed and washed frequently. If the foam is aging, replace it in time. Except for the air inlet, if there is any air leakage hole, it should be sealed tightly, such as sticking tape, stuffing cotton, sticking glue paper, etc. There is a super filter in the metal mesh cover on the front of the workbench. The super filter can also be replaced. If it is used for a long time, the dust particles are clogged, the wind speed is reduced, and the aseptic operation cannot be guaranteed, it can be replaced with a new one.

 

 

 

The service life of the ultra-clean table is related to the cleanliness of the air. In temperate regions, the ultra-clean bench can be used in general laboratories. However, in tropical or subtropical areas, where the atmosphere contains pollen or dusty areas, the ultra-clean bench should be placed in a better room with double doors. . Under no circumstances should the air inlet hood of the ultra-clean bench face the open door or window, so as not to affect the service life of the filter.

 

 

 

The sterile room should be sprayed with 70% alcohol or 0.5% phenol regularly to reduce dust and disinfect, use 2% Xinjieer to wipe countertops and utensils (70% alcohol is also acceptable), use formalin (40% formaldehyde) and a small amount of ** potassium Regularly airtight fumigation, with ultraviolet sterilization lamp (open for more than 15 minutes each time) and other disinfection and sterilization methods, so that the sterile room is always kept aseptic. The inside of the inoculation box should also be equipped with an ultraviolet light. Turn on the light for more than 15 minutes before use to sterilize it. However, there are still bacteria in the place where it is not exposed. When the UV lamp is turned on for a long time, it can stimulate the oxygen molecules in the air to associate to ozone molecules. This gas has a strong sterilization effect and can sterilize the corners that are not directly illuminated by the ultraviolet rays. Because ozone is harmful to health, you should turn off the ultraviolet light before entering the operation, and you can enter it after more than ten minutes.

 

 

 

The UV lamp can also be hoisted on the ultra-clean workbench, but it should be installed outside the lampshade, and the arrangement of the lamps should be staggered so as not to hinder the lighting during work. It is useless if the ultraviolet lamp is installed in the illuminating lampshade (glass plate), because ultraviolet rays cannot penetrate the glass, its lamp tube is quartz glass, not silicate glass.

 

 

 

The inoculation room strives to be concise, and all items that are not directly related to the work of the room cannot be put in to maintain sterility. The air in the inoculation room should be absolutely isolated from the outside air, and the reserved air vents should be sealed as far as possible. The air vents can be equipped with upper and lower louvers. The area of the louvers should be slightly larger, and they need to be covered with 4 layers of gauze for simple dust filtering. After a day's work, the window can be opened to fully ventilate, and then sealed. In short, it is clean, dust-free and sterile, and the air is fresh, suitable for work. The gauze covering the vent window should be changed and washed frequently. However, the above-mentioned measures are only ideal design schemes, which are often not easy to achieve comprehensively. In fact, only strict aseptic operation procedures are required. Indoors with open doors and windows are protected by a clean bench. The pollution rate of inoculation can still be controlled and can be tolerated in production. level.
